Will I reveal any secrets while in hypnosis?

by Dave Sabat on October 4, 2007

Not unless you want to. Sometimes it may be beneficial to reveal a secret so that therapeutic change can take place but someone will only reveal a secret because they choose to, they want to, as opposed to me “making” them tell me. No-one will say or do anything in hypnosis that they don't want to say or do.

Be happy,

Dave.
