Swearing is therapeutic – official!

There are many forms of “releasing” i.e. letting go of negative thoughts, feelings or emotions, from meditation to saying “F*** it!”, now it seems that swearing can relieve pain and is actually beneficial on certain occasions.

Swearing can be therapeutic
