What is hypnosis and what does it involve? Hypnosis is the quickest way of installing new habits and beliefs with the only “tool” being words. It’s that simple. Well, it’s simple if you are working with a good, skilled, experienced and professional hypnotherapist.
We are creatures of habit and the whole point of any work that we do together is to make the exceptional become normal, to perform at your peak without having to really think about it.
Richard explained how his football goalkeeping performances have improved by leaps and bounds since choosing to use hypnosis and many world class athletes and boxers have credited hypnosis, not sports psychology or NLP, but hypnosis with their improved results.
