My name is Dave Sabat and I am a full-time Clinical Hypnotherapist. My company is Exuberance Clinical Hypnotherapy and I use the state of hypnosis to help people overcome, release & move on from past thoughts, feelings and behaviours. If life is not a rehearsal then this moment, now, is the performance and everyone is capable of being happier than they are.

I deal with virtually any client issue that the mind can affect ranging from the traditional fears & phobias, smoking tobacco, weight issues through to helping people overcome past abuse, drug & alcohol habits, depression, anxiety, pain management and improved sports performance.
